Perhaps you’ve enjoyed the juxtaposition of court gown against tropical foliage, or come to a festival straight from the beach, with sand falling off your clogs to dust the ground where you’re sitting to eat your turkey leg? Florida festivals are their own unique and thoroughly enjoyable event: sunny, tasty, and musically joyful!
Located in Wickham Park in Melbourne, Florida, the Brevard Renaissance Festival has all the elements we faire-goers have come to expect: sea chanties and bagpipes, dragons and fairies, handmade goods in colorful tents, all washed down with plenty of beer and mead. We had a great time exploring the grounds. If you’re anywhere near central/coastal Florida, give this sweet show a visit!
